About us:
Our client is a leading international company in the travel and airline industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to premium loyalty program members. Their commitment to high-quality customer service ensures that every interaction adds value and strengthens customer loyalty.
As a Dutch Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a specialized team supporting premium members from the Netherlands. Your role will be key in delivering a personalized, high-end customer experience through effective communication and solution-oriented support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone and written channels, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding loyalty program benefits, services, and travel-related products
- Assist customers with account management, bookings, and service requests, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services or financial-related products in a consultative way
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring effective resolution
- Work with multiple internal tools and systems, ensuring proper documentation of all interactions
- Stay up to date with program policies, procedures, and service updates
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch, with a high level of English
- Additional languages (French, German, or Italian) are a plus
- Previous experience in customer service (call center or multichannel environment is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs

Conditions of the offer:
•From Mondays to Fridays from 8hs to 20hs, rotating shifts.Two
working weekends per month.
•Temporary 6 months contract of 39 hours a week, with a possible permanent contract after this period.
•Salary: 23K gross per year + 2K bonus gross per year.
Starting date: April 20th 2026.
