Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent at ADM Value for one of our clients, in the hospitality sector for the Dutch market,  you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

You will be responsible for assisting guests with their queries, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.

Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email regarding bookings, activities and general information about the services for the Dutch market.

Provide advice and information on facilities and services. Respond effectively to customer concerns and complaints, striving to find a quick and satisfactory solution.

Work with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly. Help customers book accommodation, meals and recreational activities. Ensuring the accuracy of booking details and billing information.

Your main tasks

As an essential member of the customer service team, your responsibilities will be varied:

Conditions of the offer

  • Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm, rotative shifts and 2 working weekends a month. Saturdays from 9am to 7pm and Sundays from 10am to 5pm.
  • 39, 35 and 30 hours per week contracts.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary: 22K gross + 2K bonus.
  • Beautifull offices in the center of Barcelona, @22 Poblenou district.
  • Starting date: ASAP.

Your skills and advantages

We expect you to have a perfect command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken. A good level of English is welcome.

Your ability to react, your dynamism, your sense of welcome and your computer skills are essential for success in this position.

You must also be a good listener and have a great ability to adapt.

Your previous experience in a similar position will be an important base to contribute to the success of our team.
