Languages Required: Dutch (native or fluent) & English (intermediate)
About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences? We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Service Agents to join our international team in Barcelona. You will be supporting a well-known global entertainment brand—helping customers via phone, chat, and email with a wide variety of inquiries, from account support to content questions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality customer support in Dutch through inbound calls, emails, and chat.
Assist users with account management, billing questions, and troubleshooting.
Guide customers through technical solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
Accurately document interactions and follow internal processes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and internal tools.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent/native Dutch speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Intermediate English (B1/B2 or higher) for training and internal communication.
Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
Comfortable working with technology, online platforms, and digital content.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Availability to work in rotating shifts from monday to friday from 9.15hs to 17.15hs and from 11.30 to 19.30hs, with one working saturday per month.
