We are launching an exciting new customer service project in our contact center and are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Native Dutch Speakers to join our growing team.

If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in an international environment, this opportunity is for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and tickets
  • Assist customers with delivery tracking, parcel issues, returns, and general inquiries
  • Ensure a professional and empathetic customer experience at all times
  • Handle customer requests efficiently while respecting KPIs and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex situations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Native level of Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Good level of English for internal communication and training
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or contact center environments is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with empathy and patience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player with a positive mindset

Working Hours

Rotating schedules within the following opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 19:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 18:00
